Beautiful matched pair of vintage upholstered wooden rocking chairs featuring graceful curved frames, decorative open scrollwork and classic traditional styling.
Both chairs feature dark-finished wood frames with sweeping arms, curved rocker bases and decorative openwork supports. The high arched backs and generously sized seats are upholstered in a warm camel/tan textured material and finished with decorative nailhead trim.
The unusual textured upholstery gives these chairs tremendous character and pairs beautifully with the dark wood frames. The chairs make an impressive matched set and would work wonderfully in a library, study, living room, bedroom or traditional/eclectic interior.
Both chairs show normal signs of previous use and age, including minor surface wear to the wooden frames and upholstery.
